Terms of service

The App lets a Salla merchant show Google reviews of their business on their store, collect new reviews from customers, reply to reviews, and use related features such as AI summaries, translations and review request emails. Features may change as we improve the App.

You need a Salla store to use the App, and you must be authorised to act for that store and for any Google Business Profile you connect. You're responsible for activity under your store's use of the App and for keeping your Salla and Google accounts secure.

• Use the App only for businesses you own or are authorised to manage.
• Follow Google's terms and review policies. Don't post, buy, invent or selectively solicit reviews, and don't offer incentives for reviews where that's not allowed.
• When you send review request emails, make sure you're allowed to contact your customers under the laws that apply to you, and respect unsubscribes (the App does this automatically).
• Write accurate, lawful replies and settings text. You're responsible for content you publish through the App, including AI-drafted replies you choose to post.
• Don't misuse the App: no attempts to break, overload, reverse-engineer or access it in ways we don't offer, and no use that breaks the law or others' rights.

Reviews, ratings and business information come from Google and their authors. They're shown as provided by Google and remain subject to Google's terms. The App relies on Salla, Google and other providers; their availability and terms are outside our control, and features that depend on them (for example signing in with Google, which needs Google's approval) may be limited or change.

AI summaries, translations and reply drafts are generated automatically and may be inaccurate. Review them before relying on them. Drafts are never posted unless you post them.

The App is currently free. If we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you in advance and you can choose whether to continue.

Our Privacy policy explains how we handle personal data. For your customers' data, you act as the controller and we process it on your behalf, only to provide the App. You keep ownership of your content and settings.

We work to keep the App running and secure, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue features; for significant changes we'll give reasonable notice where we can.

You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from Salla. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or misuse the App, or if required by law or by Salla or Google.

To the extent the law allows, the App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, or for the content of reviews. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above, and for significant changes we'll notify merchants in the App or by email. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated terms.
